The City of Montreal has proceeded with the pedestrianization of Ontario Commercial Street, which has been transformed into a joyous waterway and gardens. For one summer, the roadway invites its residents to navigate on foot. A street that feels like an alley, free, festive, welcoming. The recreational typeface was designed in a serpentine pattern to echo Libres Cours, the strolling of Montrealers, in a refreshing palette of aqua blues and soft greens.
